Cruise passenger questions

Which tours fit a typical port call?

Damajagua waterfalls, the city tour, Monkeyland, buggies, ATV, zipline, horseback riding and the rum, cigar and chocolate experience all run in 3.5 to 5 hours. Sosúa snorkeling and Ocean World need 5 to 6 hours. Cayo Arena needs 8 to 10 hours and only fits very long calls.

Is it safe to book with an independent operator?

Yes. We depart after your ship docks and return with a buffer before all-aboard. Send us your ship name and port times and we will tell you honestly which tours fit.

Do I need cash?

No. Reserve in advance online or by WhatsApp. Bring a little cash only for souvenirs, tips or drinks on the day.

What if my ship arrives late?

We track port arrivals. Your departure moves with your ship, at no cost to you.
