Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour or transfer. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%. No-shows are charged in full. Full-day tours such as Cayo Arena and multi-vehicle group bookings may have specific terms stated in your confirmation.
If your ship skips the port or docks too late to run the tour, you are refunded in full. Tell us the ship name when booking so we can verify.
Waterfall, off-road and boat tours may be shortened or modified for safety and still operate. If the operating venue or captain cancels the activity, you may choose another tour of similar value or a full refund of the canceled activity.
Airport transfers follow your flight. Delays and early arrivals are covered at no extra cost when we have your flight number. Cancelled flights are rebooked or refunded.
