These terms apply to every tour and transfer booked with Cleto Tours ("we"). By booking you accept them.
A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation by WhatsApp or email with the service, date, pickup point and price. Depending on the service, a deposit may be required online with the balance paid on the day, or full payment online. Prices are quoted in US dollars per vehicle for transfers and per person for tours unless stated otherwise.
We schedule departures around your ship's published arrival and all-aboard times and return you to the port with a safety buffer. You must give us your correct ship name and port times. If your ship's schedule changes, we adapt the tour at no cost where possible.
Activity tours (waterfalls, ATV, buggy, zipline, horseback riding, snorkeling) have age, height, weight, health and driver-license requirements set by the operating venue. You are responsible for disclosing pregnancy, medical conditions and mobility limits before departure. Operators may refuse participation for safety without refund when requirements were not met.
Routes, venues, stop order and inclusions may change because of weather, road or port conditions, opening hours or supplier availability. We will offer an equivalent alternative or a refund of the affected portion.
Tours are operated with licensed local venues and transport providers. Cleto Tours is not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, traffic, port authorities, cruise-line decisions or third-party venue operations. Travel insurance is recommended.
